Subway - Napa

Ordered from the app , app says my sandwich is ready, go to store and it's closed! Tried to call and message box was full. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting a refund and getting lunch somewhere else.

Subway has generic crappy customer service. App order....show up. 1st there closed. Second the employee comes to door and I show him my order. He says we never got it anyway. Wtf I do the survey they sent. Get a generic response. Go back n forth....they say they would provide refund. Nothing. Been here 15 minutes still havent had our sandwiches made but one guy is doing all online orders before customers standing here waiting. not even helping in between online orders. I ordered the 8 and the guy kept asking me what I wanted on it yet it has a description of what all comes on it and I said just as it comes! I should have went to the other subway! this was my first time here. and they only had wheat bread lol smh yup 1 star

Gone are the days of a $5.00 any size or kind of sandwich, darn inflation. Still a good fresh sandwich.

Uber pick up. Did not have order ready. Waited 10 mins for the “sandwich artist” to make the sandwiches. There was no one in store, no excuse. Unprofessional.
