Subway - Napa

The staff is very friendly. I have only visited a few times, but it seems like they remember my name. That was really nice ?

I have visited this restaurant a few times and have never been impressed. It had been a while, so I decided to give them another chance. However, my online order was messed up - the bread was incorrect, the cheese was missing, and the portion size was quite small. This was the final straw for me, and I will not be returning.

Went to subway Monday night at five to use a coupon buy2 for 12.99 they don't take coupon what kind of franchise is this???

Why is this the ONLY subway that doesn't let you see them preparing the sandwich? The Monster sandwich my fiancé order was nasty with old meat and cheese, salty, and tasted funny. I've never really a fan of subway and I try to give good reviews on everything I've been at, but today was the worst experience, and why is the young lady serving us on her phone all awhile preparing food? Could it be the spoiled child of the owner?? I have to say, please pay a little more for someone who will take care of your long dedicated consumers SUBWAY!!! There was no one inside, this is superb busy plaza with FEdEx next door, pain to get in and leave. The tables, had crumbs and not cleaned. Please go elsewhere.

The girl is doing a great job and best subway. This is the only subway that I like.
