Charlie Palmer Steak Napa

We arrived for breakfast at 9:50 AM. It took almost 15 minutes to receive just our coffee. We hadn't ordered anything complicated, just two avocado toast dishes. Nearly 30 minutes after placing our order, the waitress finally came by and asked if we were still planning to eat. She then disappeared and failed to provide any updates. After nearly 40 minutes of waiting without any sign of our food, we decided to leave. It was not a busy time for the restaurant, yet the service was incredibly slow and unresponsive.

The $80 steak was overcooked. We received a replacement steak, but overall we were disappointed with the experience given the price.

Place was dead, eating was ruined with the amount of unknown wobble and salt. to the happiness our waiter was respectful, but there was another waiter who was extremely overwhelming and who did not want to leave the tables alone. only sat and told them his life stories from the last 40 years. he made our experience very bad on the top of quite badly prepared meals.

Jubilee the entire experience was 5star. bailey our server was exceptional, friendly and attentive. in any case on our list of high-end restaurants that are worth the cost.

Toughest filet I’ve ever eaten. Requested new knives so we could cut through the steak. Not work the price.
