Buttercream Bakery Diner - Napa

If they have to give up an order, by their v/m, they only do this via the phone. the only problem is they no longer answer the phone or call voice mails (left 3 of them) so if they have to give up an order, they have to physically enter it. buttercream is a part of my 50 years and I'm super cheated not to support them in good sense anymore. After I tried to get some items that I've been ordering for ostern for weeks, it was super obvious that they only don't give 2 shits about customer service (or loyalty). constructive critique: at least they change their v/m to know the people to place their commands personally.

This is a delicious slice of Napa. The treats were good, could have been a little fresher but tasteful. The service was great! Very attentive and patient. We went to try and have breakfast but it was way to busy so we settled for donuts and coffee from the bakery. This place is worth a shot and I’d go back when I the area.

We visit Buttercream practically every time we are in Napa. We have eaten there, it's basically an American Diner experience with Diner type food. They have table and counter dining, and was pretty full when we were there last Sunday. Not lying, we go for the pastries and donuts usually- definitely with the stop. They do have cookies, cakes, pies also. Best to go earlier than later because they can run out of favorites.

Great service here and loads of food. And, I must say the food was really good. I was disappointed that they discontinued my favorite bar cookie. I think it was more than two years ago and I just noticed. That says a lot about the last time I was in here. But, this is a great go to breakfast spot in Napa if you're visiting.

I was told to visit ButterCream for breakfast before departing California. Upon entry was informed that they were not serving breakfast until 1p (an hour an a half before end of service). My family and I was informed General repairs were going to be made. Today is a Sunday and it's unacceptable and outright poor management. Based on this I'd never come back upon next visit nor would I recommend anyone visit. If they're this clueless on how to operate the business, they're clearly not providing a quality product for customers. Too bad I can't rate this a zero star.
