Calypso Restaurant Bar - Naousa

Visited this restaurant early in the night and not many people were seated. I had to ask 3 waiters to take my order.. each time they would tell me “give me 1 minute” and wouldn’t come back. Quite surprised it took this long as the restaurant was very empty. I then had to ask twice for my bill. So many staff on and yet the worst service. Food was good though

Horrific experience stay away the service is terrible they never check on you once and when the manager “boss” has the opportunity to speak with you she argues and is incredibly rude. We waited for over an hour for our food and never received it and the owner boss preceded to argue the it was only 45 minute wait and then asked us to go and get fast food next time!! This is the worst restaurant experience in my life.

*SERVED RAW MEAT* My partner and I visited this restaurant on holiday. We both ordered the beef burger and the first thing to go wrong was that one burger came out 25 minutes before the other, after two complaints her burger was delivered and no apology was given to her only me (I was completely finished my dinner before my partner received hers). When her meal came the mince was raw and could’ve poisoned her if she hadn’t cut it in half. They claimed we hadn’t specified how well done we wanted the burger despite never asking and gave us another burger. Disgraceful behaviour and we were left very disappointed. We were charged in full with no apology from the higher members of staff.

I don’t normally complain but our experience here was terrible. It took 3 hours for my salmon entree to arrive, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. My entree arrived an hour after my friend received hers, so we were all eating at different times. When we talked to the staff, they did not seem to care or offer any sort of apology. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ve been a client for years, but the last 2 years i experienced very poor to bad services. There's no respect for the clients. I ordered a glass of wine and the amount was even less than 1dl! Literally 2sips, and the prices higher! Why? You were such a good bar.
