Bj's Brewhouse - Nanuet

We had Anthony G as our bartender and he was AWESOME. Very personable and friendly, and always on top of his job. He's doing a great job. We had the Philly, smokehouse burger, and fried couscous Mac. We drank the delicious BJ's Berry cider and brunette ale. All the food was delicious and fresh, and came out quickly. We've been here before but will definitely be coming back!

Anthony was the best bartender we could ask for he got us our food out quickly he had us sample the sodas and we were hooked best experience Ive had at a restaurant in a while will be back soon!!! P.S. Get the orange cream soda.

Me and my friends, my friends and I. went to this bjs in nanuet. first of all, went in there and there was a 40 minute wait for pizookie (whatever) so we ordered on the app to go and then they lied to us on the app that it was ready when it took another 20 mins to receive said pizookies. and after driving home all excited to eat our yummy pizookies only 3/4 pizookies we’re there. our poor friend had to sit here and watch the rest of us gobble up these pizookies in 7.6 seconds. all in all, the pizookie was phenomenal but we will not forget.

I give this place 2 stars for a few reasons. The food is never correct, I have gone here many times and order the bison burger which consistently is missing some part of it. Don't get me wrong the food taste amazing even after it being messed up every time but when I order something I expect it to come as ordered. There's nobody in the kitchen expediting things properly and there is no quality control leaving the kitchen. If it wasn't for the bison burger being delicious and our very very nice waitress I would never go back but you can not blame the servers for the lack of focus in the kitchen. If they only paid a little more attention to detail they could be a 4 star place. Until then I'd say 2 star but the waiting staff gets a full 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I have dinner here quite often. Tonight we had a minor issue and the customer service from Natalie our bartender and the manager Daniel was exceptional. Not often do you come across people like them.
