Some venues lapse, others surge, but The Chicken Box has stayed the course of a dive bar juke joint since I started hanging out in '69.
It is a very unpretentious bar that serves authentic Guinness beer, has good live music and some pool tables.
Best boozin and groovin on island. Always can count on the BOX to have killer live music.
In 1971 and 1972..some of the best years on the Island.....amazing that its still open......
