A refined and creative table for a wonderful lunch. The products are local, fresh, seasonal. Creative dishes and good staff. This noon a Japanese flan with the first white asparagus in entry, gnudis with ricotta in flat. Delicious

Excellent evening in Sources. I was there with a Scottish friend, and what was very appreciated was the fact that the staff did not resign to present the dishes and wines in English, while they looked full and had a lot to eat. And speaking of the wines, great selection!

So thin. How could I pass next to this restaurant without notice earlier? Everything is refined, from filtered water to the dish, to the bread slice. By challenge I took a vegetarian dish (not easy to stop meat) and there... a simple turnip explodes in the mouth. I have to test the night card!
