O Bistrot Quai - Nantes

I discovered this place two weeks ago during a professional trip, I came back tonight and it confirms my first impression: A warm welcome, fine and varied cuisine and a wanted presentation. The dishes make you want. Menu per week, with three entries, three dishes and three desserts, different formulas. It's not the factory, a dozen table inside that makes the place quiet and friendly. Anyway, I recommend and I'm already late to come back.

Very nice discovery in this restaurant, ideally located near Nantes train station. The dishes are very tasty and the staff is pleasant. Good value for money. I recommend without hesitation!
