My son was delighted to see the salmorejo on the map, having discovered and loved this soup a few weeks earlier in Seville. And she had not rogue (we would have taken it as a gaspacho) from the comparison with her Andalusian consœurs. We enjoyed each dish. Only regret: there was no cheese cake. We're gonna have to come back.
