This hotel is located in the hotel mercure défense parc. had diner in restaurant during the stay in the hotel. it also seemed to be a safer plan, as I was told, that the neighbourhood in the night was not very safe. the interieur is quite trendy and very beautiful....The service was immaculate. the menu was very promising, French cuisine mixed with fusion elements. what they get on their teller, however, is not very impressive. food quality was simple and not very kreatiw. it should be easy to find a better restaurant in the neighbourhood.

As usual, the quality of the foods are good but with a medium service and you must demand each time the delivery of the fork

Evening meal with a working colleague. We sleep at the hotel just above it's surprising but we hear the train passing under the restaurant.The map is quite varied and the dishes are pretty good. Nothing to say about the service so an address to keep if you have to stay around.

Restaurant made alone during a professional trip, food is good, it is true that as in many restaurants frequented by "business men" it is cold but it is often what you are looking for in this type of trip.On the other hand, breakfast is a wonder rarely eaten as well

Hotel restaurant mercury the defense large arche, it is ideal for guests who sleep on site. In terms of restaurants, it is a hotel restaurant that makes efforts to present. the map is tightened around a few dishes which in principle is good sign. The service is correct without being exceptional. The ordering can be long, but once the meal is started, the rhythm is normal.I have always eaten there with pleasure but no surprise, however it is not at all that I expect of this type of restaurant. If I were completely satisfied because I was on the move, on the other hand, I would not choose it for dinner with friends.
