The Nest Bistro - Nanaimo

I made the mistake of listening to the waiter and ordering the special crab ravioli. The crab had no flavor, the portion was very small, leaving me hungry even after eating. The cheese sauce was overpowering and the three prawns were tiny. Overall, it was a disappointing and bland experience. I suspect that ordering the Alfredo chicken would have been a better choice. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the special dish.

The pasta dishes were delicious, and the London Fog cheesecake was amazing. Mich provided excellent service, making it a great dining experience for us. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of my favorite spots in Naniamo. The restaurant is tucked away from the busy part of downtown. They have a beautiful patio that is draped with Grape Vines that must be at least 25 years old. The food is creative and delicious. Large portion sizes give customers excellent bang for their buck. There is always something new to try on their cocktail and wine list, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would eat here every day if I could!
