Power house is their destination for healthy delicious raw vegetable food, daily prepared with love, from fresh, organic and local ingredients, whenever possible. our creations are vegan gluten-free, without additives or preservatives. I came here the last time that I was in nanaimo, who was a saving gnade before some really heavy bad eating at this weekend.

The new holiday energy balls are delicious! Candy cane. Gingerbread. Mmmm. They're sweet and healthy with no refined sugars. Everything I've tried on the menu is so fresh and full of flavor. Amazing raw, vegan, gluten free, dairy free food.

Some customers eat here because the food is healthy and organic. I eat here because it is delicious.

For a restaurant offering healthy food options i was shocked that they are still serving in single use plastics, even when ordering to eat in we were handed our smoothies in plastic cups. Originally got some poor feedback from the employee who helped us, but want to say thanks to the owner for contacting me. Turns out they are actively changing to compostable packaging. I won 't be back till i see it happen though.

The rudest service at both locations! Not very friendly or welcoming at all, which is a bit of a shame because I really like their taco salad. Unfortunately despite the food quality, I tend to go elsewhere just because the atmosphere is so uncomfortable.
