Pita Pit - Nanaimo

So amazing, everytime I go to Nanaimo I have to get a Gyro pita. Delicious!!!

I miss Pita Pit being all over the country. I often drive from Victoria to Nanaimo just to have lunch here.

I am originally from Toronto and have been to many locations within the GTA. I used to love Pita Pit. Tried this location for the first time and it was nothing like I remembered. I asked for extra tzatziki (which based on my previous orders is always applied first) and I was rudely told but the woman preparing that it is applied last and only to half of the pita. Did not have the same taste as I remember at all. I would not return to this location.

Pita pit used to be one of my go to’s after doing my shopping at save on. The girls at the Nanaimo location were absolutely horrible tonight. We walked in and they were to busy talking to help us. When we finally got our order through and started adding everything to our wraps they DROWNED my wrap in hot sauce! I asked the blonde girl with huge fake lashes to pass me the wrap and a napkin so I could wipe some out.. I don’t know what she does in her spare time but I DO NOT want to drink hot sauce out of my wrap. She turned to another girl and started complaining about me then took out most of what was in it. My wrap broke in the process and she left stuff falling out the side of it because of the huge hole she left behind while being so careless. People like this should not work in customer service. Very disappointing.
