Wendy's - Nampa

Always good food and good service at our local Wendy's. The 5 dollar biggie bags are an amazing value!

We just came through food was fast but reason I’m leaving a review is because victor at the window is the friendliness fast food worker I have come across in a long time. Amazing :

Ordered one of their crispy chicken BLT sandwiches, never got it. I also ordered a baconator fry and it was moldy. I DO NOT recommend this wendy’s at all, customer service is terrible too.

While i ordered, i wasn’t able to finish my sentences, was rushed when i had barely pulled up to the speaker, their lobby was closed and i was the only one in the drive through, pulled up to the window and basically had my drinks thrown at me, discovered it was a male manager and was disappointed because this is the kind of service you would expect from a new crew member. even while his GM was standing next to him, highly disappointed with my service and their manners.

The manager was incredibly rude and yelled at a customer who had entered from the wrong direction before the dunes. This created an awkward scene in front of everyone, and several patrons commented on how rude it was. I am seriously considering whether I want to return to what was once my favorite restaurant, especially after such an unpleasant experience. The manager's behavior left a negative impression on me. I hope she sees this and makes an effort to be more friendly, or perhaps they could have someone more courteous manage the customers!
