The Human Bean - Nampa

I've been visiting the Nampa shop for years and have always had a great experience. I plan to continue supporting them. I bring my own cup and usually don't have any issues at the other locations, but for some reason, this particular stand refuses to refill a cup that already contained liquid, claiming it's their policy. This isn’t the case at the other stands, or they simply don’t enforce that rule. It’s frustrating that this one does. Inconsistency like this can lead to a negative experience for customers. I hope this feedback is helpful.

The service here was not what I expected. The barista made me feel uncomfortable when I couldn’t remember the name of the blended drink, and I didn’t see it on the menu displayed at the window. I ended up leaving. Later, I remembered that the drink was a Granita.

I've been a fan of The Human Bean for three years, but my experience today was incredibly frustrating. I waited behind two cars for 19 minutes without ever getting my drink. When I finally reached the window, I had to leave without my order because I couldn't wait any longer. I've waited behind larger lines at other coffee chains, often with 3-5 times more cars, and still received my drink in under ten minutes. This is simply unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

The service here is always exceptional. There are countless flavors and endless drink options to choose from.

I absolutely adore the Java chip smoothie without the coffee. It tastes just like a chocolate chip milkshake but without the ice cream. It's so delicious!
