Pizza Hut - Nampa

I don't know the name of my delivery driver today. I placed my order around 11:40 and it was delivered at 12:40. I live in an apartment complex, and I usually tip drivers generously because I understand how confusing it can be. However, I've never experienced a driver yelling or lecturing me when I opened the door. This older woman seemed really frustrated and took it out on me, raising her voice and saying she almost turned around to go back because she couldn't believe I expected her to walk up and down every set of stairs looking for me. That's exactly what an address is for. After ranting at me for about three minutes, she handed me my pizza and asked if I wanted to keep my receipt. I could still hear her complaining all the way down the stairs after I closed the door. Fortunately, the food itself was fine.

I work two jobs six days a week, often putting in 17-hour days. I understand how challenging it can be to find reliable employees, but that does not justify treating customers poorly. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning, and I can confidently say that many people I know won't be back either because of this experience. Pizza Hut, remember that kindness and good customer service go a long way.

I stopped by yesterday for a pickup and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was extremely kind and professional. They promptly assisted us upon our arrival, made sure all our food was there and correct, and sent us on our way. The food was fantastic—no complaints at all! A big shoutout to all the cooks and staff at this Pizza Hut! Thank you for everything! – JT

Awesome employees and fantastic work place very clean sanitized and usually little busy amazing pizza. Come in and order your food in person or do delivery carry out or pick up and leave a nice complement about the employee taking your order on the phoneor in person and always have a smile. I ordered delivery and my order arrived exactly two hours after placing the order. I am aware of the common staff shortages everywhere, but at least they could update the delivery time on their order tracking and keep the pizza warm that way the clientwon't receive a cold pizza after the two hour wait. Thank you to the delivery person who I am sure is very busy!
