Contribuiți la feedbackDrive-thru review: I ordered two rice dishes, one speckkäse hamburger, and a large fry. When I got home, I found an ultimate cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, spicy chicken tartes, and two fries instead. I paid $23 and I’m really upset. It’s too hot to go back.
I went there for dinner around 5:30 PM on Saturday and ordered four tacos with extra salad and sauce. Unfortunately, they did not include the extra salad, which is a pretty simple request. It was quite frustrating. However, the atmosphere was nice. Next time, I'll make sure to check my order before leaving.
We used to visit this restaurant for breakfast at least twice a week because my special needs son loves his favorite dishes. However, I'm afraid we won't be returning. Today, the card reader wouldn't accept my card, and the staff claimed they couldn't process it manually. This was frustrating because I had just been at McDonald's earlier, and when their card reader failed, they simply took my order and charged me later. Instead, I had to pay in cash here. Then I was asked to park and wait for our food. When it was finally brought to me, they were unsure about my order. After confirming it, I was so frustrated that I decided to leave. Once I got home, I realized we didn't receive our drinks at the drive-thru due to the card issue. I tried calling for over an hour but no one answered. I'm still attempting to reach them.
I haven’t had any issues with customer service, but every time I visit, I’m asked to park and wait for my food, even when I’m the only one in the drive-thru. I’m wondering if this practice is actually improving their service times, but they don’t seem to be as quick as they claim. I always end up waiting and am asked to park, regardless of what I order. Meanwhile, I see others being sent to wait after me. Are they not operating efficiently? Perhaps they could benefit from additional training or more staff.
I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich with a squeeze of sriracha sauce. After paying, the cashier instructed me to park in a designated spot, where I waited for my order for about 10 minutes. When I arrived at work and opened the bag, I found someone else's burrito instead. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. The service was disappointing.
