The best chocolate milk in the whole wide world I have had it 3 times now and I will always love it ?

I had an issue with my drink because the flavoring was not up to usual. Went through they remade my drink twice and were really caring, helping me fix my problem. I felt terrible pulling a “Karen” but I did pay for drinks that I was wanting, and was expecting them. Even though there was trouble they fixed my issue.

In the past couple of years, their flavor quality has gone down. It doesn't matter if I order coffee or a flavored beverage, I always have to ask for 3x flavor and I can still barely taste it. This is Dutch across the board, not just one location.

Celebrated Drink One For Dane. My husband has ALS and we visit multiple sites to introduce ourselves and take pictures. Thank you Dutch Bros.

It's frustrating when they don't give you the right order at 1st and when they take 30 minutes to make one single drink and it is the wrong size and the wrong drink this is I want to say the 3rd encounter that I've had with this given me the wrong size I recommend not going to this Dutch Bros One star
