Dutch Bros Coffee - Nampa

Earlier today at 10:26am , a car bumped into my little pickup and the gentlemen was very nice and very generous. I was very thankful for my drink and how he went out of his way to give me the drink without paying, even though I wouldn’t of mind paying thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Man it really sucks to grab a coffee before my 10.5 hour shift at amazon and its all ice from bottom to top. Did I really just pay that much for ice. Come on do better.

Drinks are wonderful here. The price is a lot better than Starbucks.

The lady at the window was rude and blah with no interactive with us.

I went during my lunch and as soon as the lady came over to take my order she began to give me attitude. I believe her name was Kimberly. I understand she might not have been having a good day but as someone who works for customer service I felt like she could have controlled her attitude towards me .
