Had the parmesan garlic and orange chicken seasoned wings. The orange chicken taste was a little more spicy than I expected. We had to go to the bar to order another drink, and also get our check and some boxes. The atmosphere is like a big loud cafeteria, and it wasn't even busy. $50 for two people for lunch.
A little confused. Came in for dinner and was told there was a 20 minute wait. There is no one waiting and I see 20 tables ready and only people at 5 tables. If you can only handle 5 tables at a time, cut the size of your seating area. The bar area is full, but I’m not an alcoholic, just wanted some good food and watch the game. I might update this if I ever get seated in the empty restaurant. After being seated the food was good and the service was decent. No complaints. Maybe you can remodel, remove some tables and make a nice waiting area. You clearly can’t hire enough people.
Lemon pepper wings always good. We got there at 6pm. Was told it would be an hour wait. There was literally only 6 tables filled in the whole restaurant leaving like 15 empty tables so do not understand why they acted as if they were so busy. When we finally got to our table about 1 hour and 15 min later we were told the wings would be an additional 30+ minutes. Suggestion-if you seat people in empty tables instead of making them wait in the lobby, even though you inform them there will be a bit of a wait for food people will still order bar drinks and appetizers so you will still make money. They were not that busy to have wait times of 1.5 hours. Only reason we continue to come here is those lemon pepper wings so hopefully you get some better servers that can handle rush hours more efficiently.
I understand there’s a shortage of workers at almost every business at the moment, but is there a shortage of management too? The two times we’ve went in the servers are running around like crazy working their butts off, don’t have time to buss tables (understandably because there seemed to be one server for the entire bar area), and the drinks took 15-30 minutes to come from the bar (again, not for lack of hustle). Despite their hard work, I haven’t seen a manager help them ONCE. The first visit we didn’t see any manager at all the second visit we saw what seemed to be two managers leaned against a wall talking while our server had to leave us for 30+ minutes to catch the bar up our wedges came out after we were done with our wings. HELP YOUR STAFF THAT YOU DO HAVE, seeing this as someone who’s worked in management, it’s frustrating.
