Big tasty meals for cheap prices. Thank you to the volunteers who run this place and make it welcoming for regulars and guests.

Always a good cheaper meal. Homemade deserts are a specialists worth coming for. Service is friendly and usually quick abit too often a mistake is made but they quickly change eg fresh bread instead of toasted. Beetroot served when requested no beetroot. I guess as the staff are all volunteers its hard to get consistency 's . Seating available both indoors on air conditioning or outside on the footpath. Often the daily newspaper is available to read along with out of date magazines women). The only issue I have in supporting them is where does the money end up given the Red Cross 's past poor history in the tsunami appeal and also looks like the Bushfire appeal is headed that way with at least $11m allocated for administration and openly saying looking long term while people still live in tents existing on community donations. This little cafe run by Red Cross volunteers, is just the best. Service great. Food excellent. A must to visit when your in Nambucca.
