I ordered three meals and arrived 15 minutes before closing to pick them up. When I asked for my meal number 12, I was given the wrong one because my order had been sold to someone else. I ended up with someone else's meal that was similar. They offered me a refund for half of my meals, but said they couldn't refund my specific order since they were closing. I'm feeling doubtful about going back there again.

There was a time when this restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. However, during my last few visits, I've noticed a significant decline in both portion sizes and taste, especially in light of rising prices. Tonight's experience was particularly disappointing. We ordered three dishes: the BBQ noodles were mediocre and lacking flavor, the rainbow bark was acceptable but a bit dry, and the Mongolian lamb was simply terrible. When I opened the container, it had a rancid smell, reminiscent of chemicals—it was hard to identify. The taste mirrored the smell, and it was inedible. When I raised this issue, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the problem, which is completely unacceptable. I took the time and effort to return the dish, and the lack of customer service was frustrating. I’m not one to usually complain, but this experience was so bad that I’ve decided not to return to this restaurant again.
