Pathetic Service & Customer Experience. I went to this restaurant as one of my office colleague suggested me to have food here. The firstday I went there ordereda delix thali, food was delicious adn fresh neat & clean. However after having such oily food, the owner doesnot have courtsey to keep a handwash liquid at the basin, I even gave him verbal feedback on that, but the same thing happened on the next day, no siap to use, I asked one of the worker there to give me some soap, and he say "Bahar jaa k lana padega". 2nd day when I went there, I ordered the same delux thali, but they brough me some lower category thali food and said sorry the other guy who took the order didnt hear you properly. Still the liquid soap wasnt there at the basin. The 3rd day, I went there to have that delux thali again, and this time they brought roti on that thali menu instead of regular paratha, and the waiter said sorry the guy who is the cook didnot k ow that this thali contains... read more

We have a cold coffee and some juice there. no one was there to our shock, it was empty at about 8 o'clock on Saturday night. we went in and asked for cold coffee. ananas was the only juice available so I asked for it. order lasted about 25-30 minutes and cold coffee and juice was in order. altogether no complain about this place, but still found it strange to be empty.
