Worst service and pathetic food as i ever had in my life... Food is full of masalas and unhygienic... bad experience... will never go again..

The worst restaurant you could go with a female companion ever; Al Zam Zam at CA road. So I went in with my siblings for a biryani at night around 10:30. I ordered four half biryanis for us!! Neat up untill now right? Okay. But one of the servers came up to me and says that they are uncomfortable that I am getting peck on the cheek by a girl. That was my sister younger than me for 14 years. Raised the issue with the management and what they said blew my mind!!! Why?? Here's what they said, "kaunse bhai behen itne close hote hain?" How acceptable is this? Worst service, worst restaurant; period!!!

This place is a landmark on CA Road. Beside Al Zam Zam, Opp. Al Zam Zam, ahead of al zam zam is what you will frequently hear when u wanna locate an address on ca road. Only u will never hear anyone saying 'in al zam zam'. Yes! The restaurant building stands as a cold tombstone, one will hardly dare visit thanks to its unhygienic, cold and pathetically masaledar food. I ordered biryani hear, that was half cooked and akkhha spices pulverised only in my mouth. I developed nausea after visiting this place.

The food is spicy and biryani has Dalda . Hygiene is a little questionable here. Never visited the restaurant but had food delivered at home.

Al zam zam is famous for its non veg food, this old joint at gandhibaug is the first branch of al zam zam. Chicken tandoori is must try here, tender ,juicy and well cooked. Go for chicken mughlai, its finger licking good. Do not forget to try mutton kebabs, it literally melts in mouth and tastes awesome. They serve buttermilk complimentry. Good service, quite resonable. Average ambience. Meat lovers must visit this place.
