It is perfect!!!! Can't explain it anymore! You should eat these rams when you visit Nagoya
One of the best rams I tried in Japan. A little out of the way if you don't have a car, but worth a visit.
I personally found this overrated, but I might be biased against shio (salt) based ramen. Expect a very long queue at times, so go early.
Either go early (before opening or late (14:00~ as on between the queue literally takes at least 1 hour before you get in the shop. Shoyu base ramen noodles is the speciality of the place. The Noddles are home made. The taste of the soup is light so it is recommended to understand the delicate taste of Japan cuisine to plainly understand it. The master ensure his customers get the ramen taste as he want to present it. There are no pepper nor any other spices on the counter. Chashu is ok
