Contribuiți la feedbackI had chawamushi and the big rolled sushi, that was a lot and I am glad I would not order rice as it would have been too much. eating is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. they can appreciate the beautiful environment and enjoy eating.
I'm not from japan, but I grew up eating chawanmushi. sometimes it is too watery, sometimes it is too dry and teigy, sometimes it can be too fishy or glacial. but I never had such a silky, balanced and rich chawanmushi ever. the tenshoku was served with sakura mochi, which was wrapped in seasonally decorated sakura leaf, the dessert youkan (red bean paste) had a hauch of zitrus. it was the best meal during my 3 days nagasaki trip. sure either tomorrow (before the retreat to house) or next year.
The specialty shops are Japanese steam party. I've never seen a large part of steamed eggs, as I've previously served. very tasty and pretty presentation. the atmosphere of the dining room is great. a must try for foreign visitors
Definitiw here is the star the chawanmushi! Probably one of the best I ever try place is cool bringing her back in the time, decoration is nice service is easy ok. the rest of the food was nice, but the sushi was disappointing, fish on the niggers was extremely difficult to chew. also is a bit expensive than other places offer equal erz higher quality.
I have been this place along with Nagasaki born person and as recommended by her, we had Mushizushi and Chawanmushi. When you enter the place you feel like you went back in time , a traditional Japanese style shop with Japanese traditional vibe, and if you are a local enthusiast, this is the must visit place to try local cuisine. I loved the chawanmushi, and it’s was quite large portion as compared to other parts of Japan. But overall a nice experience with good treat.
