Jollibee - Naga

I arrived from Manila around 4AM and went straight to this branch. I only ordered brewed coffee coz I didn’t feel like eating yet. One of the lady stuff told me their coffee is not available, I was confused coz it’s too early and they normally have coffee to serve with their bfast menu, but she said only hot choco is available. I told the lady that I don’t drink sweets, so I’ll just order anything just so I could hangout and sit inside. Then suddenly the lady said I can just order coffee, I said okay I can wait if they need to make another batch or heatup their coffee. But turned out it has been available, the lady serve me coffee right away. I really don’t know what has just happened there. Why would you say it’s cold and unavailable when it really is not?

Staffs are respectful. Great Food specially the crispy chickens. I did not hear any complaints from them when I ask for extra gravy and ketchup. Thumbs up

Not a big deal but still, I chose iced tea, not coke, look at the receipt. The waiting time for the order takes some time too, but I guess that's expected since there's many orders. Nice food, big chicken, keep it up, until next time.

Take out waiting area should be improved or better improve the take out service. If I did not follow up my order, it was not delivered to my car's waiting area as promised.

Early morning breakfasts are nice because there aren't a lot of people and not a single strand of rude staff in this store. They are also reliable when it comes to late-ish food delivery. You can always request for hot fries if needed
