This is a fantastic place to visit! Larry's steaks are unbeatable—you won't find anything that good for the same price! The staff is excellent, there are billiard tables to enjoy, and let's not forget the live music! I highly recommend it, 10 out of 10!

Thursday Steak Night is family friendly and fun for All crews are Larry and his staff are ingenious

Stopped in by myself on Thursday night for their “steak night”. Bar was covered with personal items belonging to the few locals in the place and no one offered to move anything so I sat by myself away from the bar. 15 minutes of waiting for a server later I walked back to the bar to order a beer and inquire about food. She brought me a cold Shiner Bock (5* and then told me they didn’t have any food. When I asked about “steak night” she said they were sold out. Sold out at 5:30???? 20 minutes later the place was filling up fast with locals and they began calling names over the sound system for people to get their steak. After standing at the bar for about 10 minutes I finally got the bar keeps attention and again inquired about food same answer. An honest answer would have been “No steak for you because we don’t know you” Paid my bill and left never to return again.

The steaks are not only delicious but also reasonably priced, cooked exactly to your preference. Side dishes like beans, salads, and baked potatoes come with all the necessary dressings—individual packages of salad dressing, butter, and cheese are provided. The steaks are prepared just as you order them, and they are incredibly juicy and flavorful. I couldn’t even finish mine, and the ladies at our table ended up needing takeout containers. The music selection is diverse and delightful, and on the night I visited, there was a fantastic live band. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, answering any questions you might have during your first visit. I really enjoyed my outing to Lugütz with friends who introduced me to this charming spot. We had a wonderful time in a welcoming environment. There are a few notable features that set this place apart: hooks at the tables to hang purses off the floor, an adorable dog that adds to the ambiance, and very thoughtful toothpicks available for those who enjoy a juicy steak. Lastly, the setup for the stage and dance floor promises great live entertainment. You definitely won't leave this place hungry, and many diners take home leftovers for the next day. A quick tip: Steak Night is on Thursdays!
