Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Nacogdoches

Staff was amazing. My family got the wing plates, half rack of ribs, chipped beef sandwich, and pulled pork sandwich. Everything was hot and delicious. Even the rolls were good and sweet!

I showed up about an hour before closing time and the selection was limited. That wasn't helpful. But I did pick up some baby back ribs and those were juice and delicious.

Awesome food!! I’m down here from South Florida with my family this is the second time I’ve had barbecue since I’ve been home and it is by far hands-down the best barbecue and great service! They forgot our pecan pie I made a phone call and they were here in minutes knocking on the room door with it great hospitality great food thank you.

They raised their prices. Menu has yet to be adjusted. Its really good tho apparently. My date ate the whole thing at midnite. I never got a bite. I caught her in the act too. Was like shark week with all the bbq sauce everywhere.

The food is really good. My favorite is the fried okra, smoked turkey, and sausage. So good! Least favorite; beans. We had to wait for a while too.
