Papaya Fusion - Naas legal town

Just wanted to share a quick update that Papaya Fusion has closed as of early August. It's a shame because I have fond memories of the food being delicious and the restaurant always being busy. I will miss their tasty dishes like the Crying Thaiger.

It was just a kung po I ordered as a take away meal, I never looked in the restaurant that looked beautiful, but I must say it was the worst Chinese I ever tasted, seemed as if they all inoculated them thrown in a...wok heated them and loaded euro. the flesh was terrible. really terrible. the best thing I can say about the place was that the girl at the reception was very polite and nice. give yourself a fallen on this site

I have to confess that I usually have a mental block when it comes to fusion food. I prefer restaurants that specialize in a specific cuisine and do it well. However, Papaya was a pleasant surprise. Their selection of Thai, Chinese, and Indian dishes is all executed to a high standard. The atmosphere may be lacking at times due to the restaurant's size, but the service was excellent. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly. Papaya also offers take-out options, making it a good choice for those who prefer to dine at home.

It is not often that I write a review for takeout food, as I usually find them to be satisfactory. However, our recent experience was very disappointing. We decided to grab a quick meal in hopes of something fresh and enjoyable, but we were let down. The Buddha Delight we ordered was lacking in flavor, with just a few vegetables and a bland soy sauce. The soup was cold and tasteless, and the salad was unsatisfying. The only saving grace were the chips, but overall, the portions were small, the food had a strange aftertaste, and it was not worth the money. With many other options in the area, this new restaurant has some work to do to impress.

The restaurant serves excellent tasting food in more than adequate portions and gives good value for money. I highly recommend their Nasi Goreng and Panang curry. They have a good ambiance and the place is clean. As an additional note, you can even request for...an extra spicy kick to make it a unique eating experience. Their chef was hands-on and even took our orders with much delight.
