Huāng Chuān Sēn Tián Chéng やな

I arrived in 3 hours from my home. The restaurant opened at 11 o'clock. The parking lot was not well-maintained, with only one outdoor toilet and two changing rooms. The dining area was a tatami hut with a fan and mosquito coils. I sat on cushions and low chairs. I had draft beer, oolong tea, grilled salted ayu fish (3 pieces), ayu sashimi, and eel and ayu rice bowl. The sweetness of the ayu fish was delicious. Personally, I prefer a bit more salt when grilling. There weren't many menu options, so the ayu fish was cooked perfectly. It was the most delicious I've ever had. There are also tables where you can grill your own food at your seat. You can also play in the river wearing a life jacket. It seems that there are no annoyances.

I wanted to eat ayu, so I chose this place, which had high ratings. It was my first time here, and there was no sign, but there were 2 groups of customers already there when I arrived after 11 o'clock. It got really busy after that, so the timing was good. They have table seats and irori (hearth) seats, but you need to order 7 or more fish to use the irori. I ordered the salt-grilled set meal and sashimi. It took a while to grill the fish. Ayu is delicious at this time of year. Three fish with rice and miso soup for 1500 yen is a good deal. The sashimi was a first for me, but it had a nice texture and was delicious! Next time, I want to try the eel.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and despite the overcast sky and light rain during the rainy season, the lush greenery, such as maple trees, was beautiful and it was a very nice place. I tried the mountain pepper sushi and sashimi, both of which were delicious. The mountain pepper sushi was so tender that the sweetfish practically melted in my mouth and could be easily cut with chopsticks. The aroma and spiciness of the mountain pepper were exceptional. The taste was not as rich as pickled dishes or sweetened dishes, but still delicious! The sashimi was also crunchy and tasty! I would like to come back again. Next time I want to try the rice cooked in a pot!! I heard that you can buy grilled salted fish as a souvenir, and I purchased two for my father. If you order it with your initial order, they will grill it for you before you leave^ ^

相変わらず最高の鮮度、店主と女将さんのおもてなしに加えて今年は炊き立ての新米ご飯で家族を幸福にしてくれました。 いつまでも穴場であって欲しい気持ちもあるけれど、多くの人にも愛されて欲しい。そんな素敵な食事処です。 レストラン笠井さんとのコラボ釜めしも気になり後ろ髪惹かれますが…ご家族・友人と一緒にゆっくり炉端焼きもお勧めです。 来シーズンも必ず行きます。 （Googleによると一昨年投稿した写真が29,000回以上も見られているとのことで同じ構図で取り直した写真をアップロードします）
