Gustu - NA La Paz

Exceptional. I loved all her dishes and wanted to go back if we had more time. Ambience and people were also great. The cook even offered a dish, but we were really filled and 8 dishes were more than enough.

Has an 8-course menu in this restaurant that offers creative and innovative dishes with traditional ingredients. This Larva Amuse-Bouche really prepares you for an authentic experience from beginning to end! Each dish has an interesting taste profile and different textures (and a crisp)!

Gustu is a must in La Paz. The menu is exquisite. No detail is improvised.

We made the 8-course dinner and each dish was a welcome surprise. If you get the chance to check this place, do it.

10/10 we had the 8 course meal it was honestly incredible. Throughout we had their signature cocktails, which were second to none. If they have the ‘Fucking Cocktail’ I used to be a bartender and j was blown away. At the end the head chef gave us tour of the kitchen which was a lovely touch.
