Mcdonald's - MYSTIC

Although the restaurant doors were locked, the trip was open and the line was long. They could see the frustration for people as they tried to find out that it was locked and now had to wait in this long line. I could say that the frustration of the people on the drive of dirty employees is starting. I couldn't help, but I got stuck in the employee shoes. They are short staff like many restaurants, they do an amazing job with what they have. As soon as I gave up my order, I thought I would hear someone with defeat in their voice, but was greeted by a friendly voice. I give the staff a lot of credit to set up many evil people who have come here, but still work with a positive attitude.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I am local so I know where all of the less expensive food options are and I usually avoid this McDonald's. In the past I have found that it is dirty, the food comes out cold, and the employees are rude. Today was no exception. I will not be back.
