We ate here several times during our stay at the above Hotel Lok Sagar Palace in Mysore. We love that this was a vegetarian restaurant. Your breakfast combs are really nice and fill: Mendu vada, sheera, dosa, idli, sambhar, chatni all come together in a combo (see photo). Even if you choose to go a la carte instead of the combo; then they also have the special breakfast of the day individual dish. You can see this in the menus. In combination with a not so sweet but really strong and tasty Masala Chai we loved breakfast here. When it comes to lunch, they offer 3 different thalis North Indian, South Indian and the Lok Ruchi special thali (which I had and would definitely recommend). The Thalis are decent and leave you filled and satisfied. When it comes to evening snacks, they have a nice selection of sandwiches, cans and idylis. I tried their sandwiches and their onion pakodas, both of which were quite despicable. We also had their veg Singapore noodles for dinner and they were tasty, not very oily and the exact kind of light meal I would go in a dinner. I have only good things to say about this place Kudos, as it is up to now. Maybe they could wash their bathroom handwashing and their menu that seems really old printed paper now. Also some more beautiful music and lighting would help to make this restaurant even more amazing.

This is a review for breakfast Dosas. I ordered the Mysore Masala dosa. The shape was in a triangle instead of a roll. The dosa was crispy. The filling was delicious and so were the sauces on the side. The place looks very clean. Beautiful interior for mysore. They're taking away.

Eating is a little expensive, but a very nice restaurant. Clean place with delicious dishes. The staff is good.

Food was decent. Comparatively very good ambience, considering the area.
