Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Bad customer service when driving thru I ordered a Cobb salad. I got a house salad. Sloppy together.

Saturday afternoon and the passage line is around the building nonstop. The crew makes an amazing task to get customers quickly through the line and the food is great! Good work!

AWFUL experience. Drive thru took too long - estimated waiting of 40 minutes. Right before the order we found a live mouse that hang out right behind the drive thru. Very careless, make you sick. My family still wanted to eat something because they were too hungry after a long swim. Missing item- ordered a separate page of Pommes and that was missing, didn't know until we arrived at the hotel. You can even go to the building (lobby closed) so you have to wait again in this exaggerated line. Fries were anyway very embarrassing and soggy, chicken was cold and the portions of the sand that varied, some very small and some large. All in all, save your time and money.

Service was very fast, which isn't good for Zaxby's. I go there expecting to wait because then my food is good, hot and fresh. The food was not edible. Waste of time and money.

According to my daughter the boneless wings were very flavorful and tasty. The fries were fresh and hot. Customer service was good.
