Jersey Mike's Subs - Myrtle Beach

I asked if they could make a tuna melt(I had to explain what that was. They said subway is the ones that toast or melt Have they read the menu? Anyway a tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese looks like this.... I think they actually don 't know what tuna salad is either! I bet Danny Devito knows.

I visited Jersey Mike's on Renee Drive in Myrtle Beach today and I had to use a magnifying glass to see the meat on my sandwich. It was very disappointing and this has never happened to me before.

Ordered chipotle chicken cheesesteak with jalapenos to go. Got home opened the wrapping and it was a regular cheesesteak with way too many jalapenos. Ate a few bites didn't taste right. One side of the sandwich looked like it just sat in the grease from the Philly meat. The brownie was more satisfying than the sandwich. It sucks when you're looking forward to your lunch because you don't always get to go out with your schedule and the food is disappointing. Should put a bit more care in the food you make

The service at this restaurant is incredibly quick. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

I have always found the sandwiches and service at Jersey Mike's Subs in Myrtle Beach to be top-notch. I have no complaints, and the customer service is consistently efficient. I have never had any issues and am always satisfied with my experience.
