Dave Buster's Myrtle Beach

Our server, Grey, was wonderful!! I made a reservation for 7:30, and arrived at 7:29. We were having a birthday celebration. The staff at the hostess area told me that our table was being cleaned and we would be seated. After 10 minutes, I checked with them again and got the same response. She was not very helpful or understanding. We saw at least three parties of 5 be seated while we waited. Our party was 12. After 20 minutes, she told me I had to be seated at a particular table that was already reserved for us, but still was not cleaned. I told her we did not care where we were seated, but didn’t understand why we couldn’t be seated at one of the numerous tables that were empty. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were seated.

We came for a friend's birthday and had a blast! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back

We love Dave and Buster’s. It is a perfect place for the whole family. We did have an issue with our reservation not downloading from Open Table. The hostess quickly found a table for our party of 6 and we had a great evening!

Super lovely front desk help and the manager. Lovely waitress too. Great experience for all 12 of us.

Our waitress was very overwhelmed. She had alot of tables. $12 for draft beer was a bit much.
