It is one of the only bars where you can eat before arriving in Muxia. Upon arrival the answer is that they do not give meals to those of us who are not staying at the hostel because they have little staff, in AUGUST. Simply notify us on their website and avoid us the journey. Good luck. Service: 1
On the way to Muxia, we went at 2pm and he refused to serve us, also being the last bar open to eat something before arriving in Muxia. Avoid if possible when you do the camino.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
My partner and I arrived with the intention of eating anything to regain strength and follow the Camino. It was 2:00 p.m. and yet they refused to serve us or give us any option (not even to wait a little longer, something that we would not have minded). In addition, they themselves confirmed that there were no more restaurants/bars until we reached Muxía. Hospitality was conspicuous by its absence... Not all of us Galicians are like that.
We were lucky that there were not many people that day, they treated us wonderfully, a very pleasant atmosphere, very eager to please us. The food is very rich, homemade food, a very good experience. And, of course, a guided tour of the church with an excellent specialist on the subject, she taught us, explained the history of the church and monastery in great detail. An enriching, enjoyable visit, with an outstanding guide, very well documented and also very nice. Thank you all
