Country Noodles - Muswellbrook

I had an authentic Laksa, and it was really impressive for this country. It would be even better if it included Bok Choy instead of broccoli.

I visited this restaurant again shortly after my last experience, and it was significantly better! I think the noodles got a bit mushy because I left the lid on the bowl for too long before digging in. I highly recommend taking off the lid as soon as you can. I used to really love this place when I visited often, but after my recent visit, I wasn't as impressed. The flavors were amazing, but the texture could have been improved. I plan to return, as it may have just been an off night for them.

Fantastic food quality, excellent prices, and a vast menu selection—this is definitely our favorite takeout spot! We absolutely love it.
