Mcalister's Deli - Muskogee

Every time we visit the bathrooms are always dirty, to the point of a smell.

The only reason I gave a 3 on food is the Witch's Brew Tea. Certainly not my pick. It was too strong of a caramel syrup and did not mix well with whatever it was. In my opinion the drink would have been better as just a green apple flavor slightly sweetened.

Sent food back 2 times for finding black hairs on my plate. Never got a sorry or anything from the manger..won't be going back

The cashier O'Shea was absolutely excellent. He was funny, polite, great with my kids and was quick to refill our drinks.

They seldom get the order correct! That alone has made them go from my weekly go-to “fast food”-ish restaurant to my least. Gave them another try today and they got two out of our three orders wrong. I called and was given a gift card but still that doesn’t help the lunch I had anticipated today. Plus, food was cold and potatoes did not seem fresh.Last two times that I did a call in, I had got all the way back to work and the orders were way off base wrong. I didn’t have time to go back. So, this is a recurring problem. Honestly, I’ll probably use the gift cards at a different location (if allowed).
