Chili's Grill - Muskogee

Service was slow. No refills on drinks. Had to request mustard twice before finally getting it. Burger was cold by the time she brought it. We waited so long that I even had to send my grandson to request the check. Waitresses standing off visiting andnever looked at the table. I would not go back.

Good....Restaurant was clean. Waitress was good. Bad....I found a hair in my food they asked what I wanted them to do about it. I was fine with a discount or my meal to be deducted from our bill. I received neither. I had to pay full price for 2 piecesof quesadilla.

A meal and a few drinks ordered. Great bartender. Fun and relaxing place to get knight or after work. Recommended if you are in Muskogee,

My friend and I decided to eat here last night. We decided to share a ribeye because we haven't had any of Chili yet. The rib was really good, but the star of the night was the manager. I didn't get his name, but he took care of us all the time. Its type of service makes the best impact on return business. We feel important. Thank you for a wonderful experience I will always remember!

I got my grandson out for my birthday. Had a great time. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly and friendly. Food was good a few times to get the steaks right, but the manager was so courteous and we were happy at the end. Thanks for a nice evening.
