The Coffee Factory - Muskegon

It was nice to come to a coffee shop near our hotel and a delicious vegan donut and coffee (I tried both brewed coffees and only one was good. If you like brewed coffee, I recommend trying it before you order a whole cup. They have different types of not milk milk. My daughter had a chai-tee latte with oats that was delicious. My son had a strawberry smoothie with oat milk instead of yogurt he said was Blande (they were made of bananas. The donuts were great and the vegan chicken salad on spinach was also quite good. Overall, we appreciated the options and modifications. It was a $50 brunch for this family of 4, and hopefully it will get us to dinner. Updated by previous review on 2022-01-17

This place looks great! beautiful old factory building with an enormous space for the caffe. Many vegan bakery items to choose, their cake was amazing! would definitely go back.

Large coffee with many vegan syrups and all vegetable milk. There were more vegan food options than I expected, and they were clearly marked. Sweet atmosphere! Nitro coffee was good. Zucchini frittata was also good. The staff was friendly. The location feels weird because it is surrounded by downrun buildings and an abandoned factory, but the coffee shop itself is beautiful. I also bought some brown butter chocolate chip cookies that I haven't eaten yet because it's a surprise for my husband and I have to wait to give it to him before I eat mine.

So great and I highly recommend it! Friendly, friendly and active staff who asks questions and answers the history of the building as honest as possible. They pay massive homage to the factory and it is so cool to see people who care. Oh, yeah, the food and the drinks were really good too!
