The staff were professional and attentive throughout the event, and even though there were some kitchen limitations, Ms. Lakisha remained calm and ensured everything went smoothly. Absolutely amazing food. I used their private chef services. We really liked their biscuit and gravy from the Unruly Brewing Co Biquit and Gravy competition.We ordered the 3 Meats and 4 Sides service for 6 people. It was more than enough food, but we wanted to try so many sides! The food was amazing. The absolute crowd favorite was the bbq ribs. They were perfect in texture and flavor! The cornbread was amazing. It had a subtle sweetness and airy texture, but was still moist.A bonus is the food containers. They're the type of aluminum pans that hold up, and we like doing sustainable actions! So. They're definitely getting reused.
