Mcdonald's - Muskegon

Slow service, but they serve fresh food and the burgers look just as good as they taste. they take their time and its worth of waiting .ur witness will not be flattened together and made from the bungalow, but fresh and with carefree!!!!

Guy was professional and polite when he took our order and money. He was friendly and welcoming. Nicholas was pleasant and friendly. He wiped down our pop cups before he handed them to us. He was very professional and listened when we explained that we left the Sherman East store without buying anything. The help there was rude and never come to take our order. They took other customers order even though we were first in line. Very rude and didn't help us. Driving to the North Muskegon store was well worth our time. It was a pleasure doing business with this McDonald's store. Excellent service and people.

I've been to a few different McDonald's and I have to say I love the workers here. The Managers are polite and courteous about any problem that could occur at a fast food chain. My food was cooked and served as soon as my transaction was complete. The employees are patient and attentive. I recommend this McDonald's to anyone nearby who has suffered before the new GM came in. You, as I am now. Will leave with a smile on your face!

Maybe before you pay anyone this amount you should make sure they?re capable of doing the job!! When I as the customer have to come back to get 2 orders of nuggets because they weren?t in the bag and have to throw away fries because they were so under cooked then the people working there now aren?t worth 15 a hour!!

Clearly that is not how you make a Big Mac!!!!! Bacon double quarter pounder with cheese had NO BACON! This place is absolutely horrible and not just this one time it's been every time we go this was an issue before the new building I don't know who is managing this place but clearly they are doing some things wrong this is just ridiculous we stopped going to this McDonald's after this incident and we were not offered anything when we drove all the way back to get our correct sandwiches done right.
