Joe Chan's Asian Bistro Steakhouse

I decided to give this place a try since I had a craving for fried rice. I ordered the combination plate, which included pork fried rice, General Tso's chicken, and crab rangoons. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with all of it. The rice lacked flavor and reminded me more of couscous. The chicken had more breading than actual meat and wasn't spicy as advertised. Overall, everything was quite bland. I believe Little Easy has much better food. The price was reasonable, but I wish I could have enjoyed the meal.

This restaurant offers a unique blend of American steakhouse and Chinese cuisine. The vegetable egg rolls were fantastic! However, I found the Mongolian beef and cashew chicken to be a bit strange. The prime rib was good, but the baked potato seemed old and had a stale taste. I might return just for the egg rolls!

The food used to be excellent, but I’m not sure if there has been a change in suppliers or if it’s a cooking issue, as it no longer has the same flavor it did a couple of years ago. However, the waitress was outstanding. Ratings: Food: 1, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I just enjoyed a fantastic ribeye cooked perfectly to medium rare at Joe Chan's. I consistently have a great dining experience here, especially with the steaks—I can’t speak for the rest of the menu. Additionally, it’s a quiet, laid-back atmosphere that allows for easy conversation during your meal.
