Culver's Of Muskego

I stopped in for lunch by myself, and somehow my order slip got misplaced. When I inquired about my meal, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly; they felt terrible about the mix-up and went above and beyond to get my food out quickly. It was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The manager even came over and generously offered me tokens for free custard, which I didn't think was necessary, but I truly appreciated it. The staff apologized multiple times and did everything they could to ensure the rest of my dining experience was excellent. I will definitely be returning! The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, and the special of the day, Toffee Pecan, was delightful!

Culver's is consistently excellent, regardless of the location. Those who live in areas without it are fortunate in their ignorance of what they're missing, as it brings a certain sadness to the world. The only thing Culver's Corporation needs to improve is their app, making it easier for us to find our favorite flavors.

Well-oiled machine! I've been to many Culver's locations—some were terrible, others were fantastic—but this one ranks among the best in terms of customer service, food quality, and efficiency. The staff was prompt and welcoming as soon as I arrived, and they maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit.

Food is always delicious! Not fat as many places.
