Dickey Farms - Musella

I've been visiting this place since I was a kid. I'd visit with my Grandfather because he LOVED the peach ice cream and he was sure to grab a few boxes of peaches as well. I've ALWAYS loved visiting. I've never had any complaints until now. Recently my family and I visited for ice cream and we were greeted by an amazingly kind young black man. He was VERY helpful. But the other staff members watched my family and I like a hawk. And I can't help but feel that it was because we're black. We couldn't even browse and shop in peace.And one young lady kept smirking at the other staff as if she was making rude gestures .I didn't confront them because they were all so young. My family said they have never felt more uncomfortable anywhere. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews. And it pains me to have to leave one for a place that's been a place for so many memories. But I do feel that some customer service training should be had in the near future. I spend very good money each time I visit. But it wouldn't matter if I spent nothing. Nobody should be made to feel this way. I trust that you'll correct this issue. I won't give up on you just yet. I just don't wanna be made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Thank you!!

Always love dickey farms . everything is great but the strawberry and peach ice cream is the best .

Pricey but really nice and very good. Great atmosphere.

The toddlers enjoyed the horse and buggy ride, also the playground. The strawberry ice cream was awesome.
