That must be the rude place in the city and there are many places in the city. I prefer to go to mcdonalds and let them make my order again wrong and then return to this place. I get everybody just worked short. but their equipment didn't work. I sat 35 minutes in the snake to order, then her equipment has failed and they tell me we haven't heard her order, they have to wait back in the line. negatiw

I live in Russellville, AL drive all the way to Muscle Shoals to get our dinner from your restaurant. Was one of our favorite places to eat until about a year ago. We have gotten the worse food we have ever ordered the last 3 times we have came. My husband said his has been bad for the last 6 times. Hot dogs are always cold half the time missing cheese but tonight he only got 2 was supose to be 3 and neither had cheese on them.

Stopped and ordered a 24 pack on the way home, told me to pull up and they’d bring it out. One hour later after seeing someone else get 2 steamer packs and about 15 cars get served and drive off. I went in and got my money back. Staff was polite and apologetic and if this was the 1st time I had a problem with this location I’d try again but it’s not so I won’t be back.

Got the best hot wings, chili cheese fries in town, burgers ok, but can more fresher, or it may be the 20 minute drive home for me

Waited in line over 30 minutes with one other car ahead of me which I don't mind but then I get my food and it was old and cold, not very good at all
