Jack's - Muscle Shoals

I had a a deluxe breakfast delivered thru doordash this morning it was absolutely perfect!

Fries were cold hamburgers were dry and sloppily made had to wait 18 min for order to come out they asked me to pull up someone would bring it out lack of employees although someone was standing in the parking lot taking orders they could have been inside helping to cook or fill orders and the customer could order through the drivethru speaker poor management and or leadership so no not a good experience

The young lady I think her name is Tee) was so wonderful to us and our grandson he's 4) will go back again.Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves the sausage wraps at breakfast and the chicken tender snacks at lunch.

Food was ok. Service was better than muscle shoals and russellville locations. Tator tots were cold but had then replaced. Bathroom was cleaner than other Jacks.

I like this location, but I ordered doordash via their app and I’m not happy that they didn’t bother to seal the bag of food like most restaurants. Other restaurants seal the bag in a way that makes it obvious if it has been tampered with. It doesn’t help that a part of my sandwich seemed soggy which makes me paranoid that someone messed with my food.
