Starbucks - Muscatine

I placed an order online for a chocolate cookie crumble frappuccino and picked it up 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, the entire drink was watery, barely cold, and not frozen at all. The whipped cream was completely melted into the drink. Starbucks in Muscatine needs to improve. I paid $6 for what felt like a cup of water.

I usually enjoy my coffee at home, but my daughter insisted we try some overpriced coffee, so we decided to stop by. The iced hazelnut coffee was quite nice.

The hot chocolate was terrible. As my son said, you can't even taste the chocolate, tastes just like hot water. Starbucks management needs to make a trip to Java House in Iowa City that place knows how to make good hot chocolate.

This is the nicest Starbucks I have been too! I know I will be back a couple days in a row while I'm in the area. Starbucks really needs this crew to train all their employees. You definitely feel welcomed a valued customer.

Fantastic barista with a fun Spirit and attention on us. Not in a hurry to move on to the next person and making sure we were satisfied. Great and clean shop. Inviting atmosphere for hanging out and perhaps office-ing from time to time. Only two comfy leather chairs were to be had but many tables and pub tables available. An all around good experience. Just passing through for work but would definitely return for the staff-thank you!
